Meadow Blue Solar Farm
The Meadow Blue solar farm is located at Merston, between Chichester and Bognor Regis.
The project is a 100% community owned and has been operational since July 2016. So far, has produced 5,000+ MWh of electricity per year, sufficient to meet the annual electricity consumption of 1,235 typical homes.1

Meadow Blue Community Energy
Meadow Blue Community Energy will develop and manage renewable energy installations in Sussex for the benefit of the community and the environment. Registered as a Community Benefit Society, it is owned and run by it’s members, who are anticipated to be mainly Sussex Residents.
Meadow Blue Community Energy represents a partnership with Communities for Renewables who manage the solar farm and two community operatives, Ovesco in Lewes and SOLESCO operating in the Arun and Chichester areas of Sussex.
